PROGRAM
DESCRIPTIONS
Work Skills Evaluation Program
Consumers are evaluated on-site no more than twenty (20) hours a week. Job Coaching, Reports, and Administrative Services are included.
Job Readiness Training Program
Consumers participate in customized "soft skills training sessions" where they receive various assessments and one-on-one guidance. There are Three (3) separate Curricula to choose:

"We Can Work": For Inexperienced Nontraditional Workers

"Learning How to Work": For Hard to Serve Individuals
-
"Retaining a Job": For Youth/Young Adults

Administrative Services are included.
Work/Personal Adjustments/
Situational Assessments
Our scheduled Assessment Services are designed to help individuals develop methods for increasing employability skills and find ways to overcome vocational barriers. The programs serve individuals who lack work experience and/or a positive work record and who may need specific vocational training and experience for a competitive job market.
Job Placement Assistance
Independent Service with Additional Charge
After Consumers participate in an in-depth assessment and intake process. Assistance includes locating employment consistent with the Consumers training and abilities.
